• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client's mental, emotional, and relational well-being, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique circumstances.
• Create personalized treatment plans by collaborating with clients and utilizing evidence-based approaches, addressing their specific goals, concerns, and preferences.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions focusing on a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions, employing appropriate therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding trust in relationships.
• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect the evolving needs and progress of clients, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.
• Document client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment adjustments, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams and external healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Prepare and deliver crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, offering immediate strategies and resources.
• Participate in continued education through workshops and professional development opportunities to remain current with innovative therapy techniques.
• Maintain a strong ethical practice, prioritizing confidentiality and respecting client rights throughout the therapeutic process.

Your focus will encompass a diverse range of client demographics including teenagers dealing with transitional issues, adults facing relationship challenges, and couples seeking to enhance their partnerships. By understanding the varied backgrounds and experiences of each individual, you will be equipped to tailor your approach to effectively meet their therapeutic needs.

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Current active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist recognized by the State Board.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals and couples, with a preference for those experienced in working with diverse populations.

• Experience working with various age groups, particularly children and young adults.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation and communication purposes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
