This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to connect therapists with clients across various locations. Our telehealth platform ensures secure and confidential communication, allowing therapists to deliver high-quality care regardless of geographic barriers. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Design and implement customized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each individual or family.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions, both individually and in groups, focusing on emotional processing, skill-building, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for clients.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, guiding them through the therapeutic process and enhancing collective healing.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines, ensuring proper documentation of treatment progress.

As a Senior LMFT, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as relationship issues, communication barriers, and complex family dynamics. Your focus on providing empathetic and culturally sensitive care will help clients navigate their unique situations, fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• A deep sense of empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.

• Experience in telehealth and remote therapy practice is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities relevant to marriage and family therapy.
• Previous work in multi-disciplinary teams is preferred, demonstrating collaboration and communication strength.
• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with various mental health disorders.
