• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to identify clients' presenting problems and form individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Facilitate referrals for clients requiring more extensive psychological support or medical intervention, ensuring they receive comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and support staff to coordinate client services, sharing insights that enhance patient care.
• Provide knowledgeable social work services, offering assistance and guidance to patients and their families concerning mental health resources and coping strategies.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, clearly outlining treatment progress, assessments, and follow-up care in compliance with organizational policies.

Your efforts will primarily benefit individuals navigating chronic health conditions, mental health issues, and various life stressors. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• Minimum of three years of direct experience providing counseling services in a telehealth capacity to varied demographics.
• Exceptional communication and operational skills that contribute to maintaining an efficient virtual therapy environment.

While the requisite experience is three years in mental health counseling, we value candidates with expertise in working with chronic illness populations or experience in community health settings. Knowledge of electronic health record systems is preferred to streamline documentation and patient interaction.
