This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your own home while maintaining a professional environment. • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, implementing various evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the specific therapeutic goals and needs of each client.
• Utilize standardized data collection methods to evaluate client progress over time, making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols as required.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and guidance to clients facing acute distress or emergencies.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions for families, fostering community support and enhancing the therapeutic experience through shared narratives.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Your role as an LMFT will involve working with a broad array of clients, including children, teens, couples, and families grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and behavioral disorders. Your focus will be on building trust and rapport as you guide them in developing coping strategies and resilience, ultimately improving overall mental health and relationship dynamics.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in therapeutic settings with a strong understanding of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.

• Background in crisis intervention and trauma therapy to effectively address client emergencies.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions with diverse populations.
