Embodied Mind Therapeutics is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and create tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies, ensuring holistic support for clients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with state laws and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development by incorporating the latest research and techniques to enhance counseling practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care.
• In-depth knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Experience in working collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant software applications.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range between USD 60,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
