Job description

This is a Remote position available in the United States.
The LMS Analyst will manage and optimize the Bright Horizons Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone, ensuring seamless learning experiences across the organization. This role blends technical troubleshooting, strategic system planning, and frontline support, and plays a key role in enabling data- driven decisions and scalable learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and configure the LMS, including user roles, permissions, course assignments, and system settings
  • Upload, test, and manage eLearning content, instructor-led training, and blended learning programs
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with HRIS, IT and vendors for updates and enhancements
  • Analyze LMS usage data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements
  • Create and maintain learning paths, certifications, and curricula aligned with organizational goals
  • Provide technical support and resolve One Support tickets from learners, facilitators, and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials to promote LMS adoption
  • Generate and distribute reports on learning progress, completion rates, and compliance metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Education and Development, Contact Center, and corporate functions to support learning initiatives and system integrations

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5 years managing and supporting LMS platforms
  • Cornerstone professional experience
  • High School Diploma
  • At this time, Bright Horizons will not sponsor an applicant for employment authorization/visa for this position

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with Workday
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in SCORM, xAPI, and LMS-SIS integrations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
  • Experience with Techsmith suite of products
  • Excellent communication, project management, and customer service skills with the ability to support diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to leverage AI tools

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $76,000 - $86,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
