Job description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Administrative Office Professional to support the administrative operations of the Office of Admission. This temporary role requires expertise in Technolutions Slate CRM and the ability to contribute to a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting marketing and communication strategies, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with external production partners to ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret user engagement data to inform marketing strategies and improve the prospective student experience.
  • Support reporting and analysis efforts related to communication strategies and CRM-driven business processes.
  • Provide Slate functional support and best practices for system users.
  • Collaborate with MARCOM (Marketing and Communications) and other campus partners to leverage CRM capabilities and enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Manage communications effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle diverse office administration duties.
  • Ensure effective time management and organization of tasks.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in higher education or private school administration.
  • Slate CRM Program experience required.
  • Proven ability to organize, manage, and meet goals/project deliverables.
  • Exemplary written and team communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a small team of internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms including comprehensive communication flows required.
