Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead DCO sessions with impacted business unit SMEs to capture detailed project requirements.
  • Lead review sessions for functional documents to obtain signoff from the business/technical team.
  • Lead design sessions to implement overall Pega Workflow.
  • Provide functional oversight to development teams and work with the technical specialists to resolve problems with software and develop solutions.
  • Provide support and prioritize architectural and design changes based on business needs.
  • Input on the overall class structure to be used for the design of the Pega Case Structure.
  • Input on Data Concepts for the overall data model to the data architects.
  • Provide input in developing applications using Stored Procedure, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) such as Web Services (SOAP) and Pega CPM Framework.
  • Work with Pega Robotics to provide insight on automation to help achieve the business objective.
  • Create and generate application profile in Pega 8 and document Functional, Use Cases, and System requirements in PEGA 8.
  • Identify all the integration points to the Pega application and ensure an appropriate solution is implemented working with Senior Architects.
  • Provide support and prioritize architectural and design changes based on business needs.
  • Assist in building draft UI flows to be reviewed with the business team.
  • Review and provide feedback on API documents related to different integration points.
  • Ensure that all technical and application-related issues are identified and resolved by closely working with the partners.
