Junior IT Administrator (0-3 years preferred) with strong Microsoft infrastructure fundamentals, hands-on desktop/network support experience, a problem-solving mindset, and the initiative to independently manage day-to-day IT operations. Azure/cloud exposure is a differentiator, but attitude and willingness to learn are more important than deep technical expertise.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage and support our Microsoft-based technology infrastructure. You will maintain our Windows environment, support end users, and ensure the security and availability of all IT services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, workstations, printers, and network devices

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls via Active Directory and Azure AD

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

• Provide level 1 & 2 helpdesk support via ticketing systems, email, and in-person

• Monitor network performance, manage firewalls, VPNs, and Windows Defender configurations

• Manage device enrollment and compliance policies using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager

• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery using Windows Server Backup or Azure Backup

• Apply Windows updates and patches via WSUS or Microsoft Update Management

• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and IT procedures
