What is a technology team lead?

Technology Team Leads are professionals responsible for guiding and supervising a team of technical specialists, such as software developers or IT engineers, within an organization. They bridge the gap between management and the technical team, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and meet business objectives. Their duties often include overseeing project timelines, mentoring team members, managing workflow, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
