Job description

Work You'll Do
As a Oracle PPM Integration Solutions Manager on the team, you will:
  • Lead Oracle PPM workstreams across strategy, requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Advise clients on leading practices for project accounting, project costing, project billing, grants/capital project controls, and portfolio management.
  • Drive workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define future-state processes and functional requirements.
  • Manage configuration and solution design decisions across Oracle PPM modules and related integrations with ERP, GL, procurement, HCM, and reporting platforms.
  • Oversee testing, defect management, cutover planning, and business readiness activities.
  • Manage project economics, risks, scope, timeline, and team performance for PPM-related deliverables.
  • Coach junior practitioners and contribute to solution development, proposals, and practice initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align Oracle PPM with broader finance and enterprise transformation objectives. This cross-functional expectation fits Deloitte's Oracle delivery approach, which emphasizes integration, change management, and scalable cloud deployment.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • 6+ years' experience delivering Oracle-based transformations.
  • 3+ years' experience with Oracle PPM Cloud and related project financial management processes.
  • Experience leading at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
    • Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
    • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
    • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
    • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
