This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape core processes and drive cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams across R&D, manufacturing, QA/QC, and product management
- Drive project execution, timelines, and communication with senior leadership
- Navigate ISO 13485 design control and maintain high-quality documentation
- Identify risks and remove obstacles to meet aggressive project goals
- Contribute to building a strong team culture aligned with core values
Requirements:
- BS or higher in Life Sciences or Engineering
- Must have experience in NGS or Genmics!
- 8+ years in biotech, pharma, or medical devices with technical and project management experience
- Strong background in ISO 13485 and quality systems
- Proven leadership in cross-functional environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- PMP or equivalent certification - Preferred
- Experience with ERP, MES, or LIMS systems - Preferred
