Job description

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $127,650.00/Yr. - USD $212,750.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
  • Providing oversight of a large contracted effort supporting the Special Communication Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division at NAWCAD WOLF

  • Master's degree in engineering, technical, or business discipline and ten years of relevant experience; OR a bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical or business discipline and 14 years of relevant experience
  • Of the minimum years of relevant experience, at least five of those years must include experience providing engineering or technical management for U.S. Navy or other Department of Defense programs
  • Demonstrated experience as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the entire contracted effort overseeing multiple areas
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing execution of contract requirements
  • Experience with management of multiple C5ISR platforms
  • Demonstrated experience as the primary interface and point of contact with the Government COR on technical and project issues

  • Program Management experience in direct support of NAWCAD WOLF
  • Experience managing a large contractor staff (>150 FTE)
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors
