Job Summary

Independence Pet Holdings (IPH) is undertaking a multi-year enterprise transformation to modernize its enterprise technology ecosystem, infrastructure platforms, digital workplace capabilities, and corporate application landscape across its global operating companies.

The Technology Program Manager - Enterprise Platforms & Infrastructure is responsible for leading execution and coordinated delivery of strategic infrastructure, workplace technology, and enterprise application initiatives supporting IPH's broader transformation roadmap, including Microsoft 365 modernization, Azure infrastructure initiatives, tenant migrations, enterprise collaboration platforms, endpoint modernization, Workday, Dynamics 365, finance and HR technology platforms, identity and access integration, and enterprise operational systems.

Reporting into the Technology Portfolio & Delivery Office (TPDO), this role partners closely with Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering, Workplace Technology, Enterprise IT, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, HR Technology, Finance Technology, Engineering, Operations, and third-party delivery teams to drive execution alignment, delivery accountability, and coordinated outcomes across multiple concurrent workstreams.

This role requires strong execution discipline, organizational leadership, and delivery management capabilities within complex enterprise technology environments. The successful candidate will lead integrated planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, operational readiness, and execution governance in support of IPH's broader enterprise transformation initiatives and enterprise platform modernization strategy.

Focus Areas

  • Enterprise Platform Delivery: Lead and coordinate delivery activities across enterprise infrastructure, Azure cloud platforms, Microsoft 365 services, enterprise applications, finance and HR systems, collaboration platforms, endpoint services, and operational technology foundations.
  • Digital Workplace & Enterprise Modernization: Drive modernization initiatives across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, endpoint management, identity platforms, Workday, Dynamics 365, and enterprise operational systems supporting employee experience and business operations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with infrastructure, workplace technology, enterprise applications, security, architecture, operations, HR technology, finance technology, and vendor teams to drive execution alignment, dependency management, issue resolution, and operational readiness.
  • Execution Governance: Drive visibility into delivery status, risks, dependencies, milestones, operational readiness, financials, and transformation metrics across infrastructure, enterprise application, and workplace modernization workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate delivery activities across enterprise infrastructure, digital workplace, and enterprise platform initiatives, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Workday, Dynamics 365, endpoint modernization, identity platforms, and enterprise operational systems
  • Drive integrated planning and execution coordination with infrastructure leaders, enterprise application teams, workplace technology teams, enterprise architecture, security, HR technology, finance technology, operations, and third-party delivery partners
  • Lead Agile / hybrid enterprise delivery routines, including planning sessions, dependency management, RAID management, status reviews, operational readiness tracking, and execution governance activities
  • Lead integrated roadmap coordination across Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, enterprise applications, networking, identity & access management, endpoint management, security, and operational technology workstreams
  • Drive visibility and accountability for program milestones, migration readiness, dependencies, risks, issues, financials, and operational impacts across multiple enterprise technology initiatives
  • Lead coordination with vendors, managed service providers, and system integrators to monitor deliverables, resolve blockers, and ensure execution accountability
  • Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards, operational reporting, migration metrics, readiness tracking, and delivery status updates across enterprise platform and infrastructure modernization initiatives
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure Operations, Enterprise Applications, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams to ensure aligned and predictable execution outcomes
  • Lead operational readiness, cutover planning, migration coordination, environment readiness, deployment governance, and support transition activities
  • Ensure delivery activities align with TPDO governance standards, operational processes, compliance requirements, financial controls, and enterprise delivery practices
  • Collaborate closely with business and technology leadership to ensure enterprise modernization initiatives support broader transformation objectives and operational needs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise delivery governance, operational cadence, reporting standards, migration practices, and transformation execution methodologies

Education and Experience

  • 12+ years of technology program or project management experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, workplace technology, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 modernization, Azure infrastructure, Workday, Dynamics 365, enterprise operational systems, tenant migrations, endpoint modernization, or enterprise workplace technology programs preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technology ecosystems including Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Dynamics 365, and enterprise SaaS platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with enterprise HR, finance, and operational technology ecosystems including Workday, ERP, collaboration platforms, and employee experience technologies preferred
  • Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure modernization and enterprise application transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments preferred
  • Experience working with managed service providers, system integrators, offshore delivery teams, and third-party vendors
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives within regulated industries preferred
  • Experience working within Agile, hybrid, or enterprise infrastructure delivery models
  • Strong understanding of enterprise delivery governance, reporting, operational readiness, migration planning, financial tracking, and dependency management practices
