Job description

As a Senior IT Product Manager, AI Initiatives, you will be tasked with serving as the internal hub for AI-driven initiatives across all departments at SentinelOne. Reporting to the Head of the AI Center of Excellence, you will act as the central intake point, strategist, and delivery owner for AI projects requested by teams across the business. Unlike a traditional PM aligned to a single department, this role spans the entire organization, partnering with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, HR, Legal, Marketing, Security, and beyond to identify, scope, and deliver AI-powered solutions that drive meaningful operational improvements.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary intake point for AI project requests from across the business; triage, prioritize, and manage a cross-functional AI initiative backlog.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI initiatives based on business objectives, user feedback, and organizational priorities.
  • Partner with stakeholders at all levels to capture requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Design and deliver AI-powered workflows and automations using tools including Claude Enterprise and Workato, in collaboration with AI engineering and IT teams.
  • Lead recurring alignment sessions with business stakeholders on AI initiative priorities, progress, and outcomes.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and capabilities and make build-vs-configure-vs-integrate recommendations grounded in business impact.
  • Manage project lifecycles end-to-end, including scope, timeline, resource coordination, risk management, and post-launch iteration.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including requirements, process flows, test cases, training materials, and stakeholder communications.
  • Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness and adoption of deployed AI solutions.
  • Champion responsible AI practices across all initiatives, ensuring solutions are accurate, auditable, and aligned with SentinelOne's security and compliance standards.
  • Mentor and support team members on AI tooling, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5 to 8 years of product management or related experience with a strong track record of delivering cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Hands-on, practitioner-level experience with Claude Enterprise including prompt engineering, workflow design, and integrating Claude into business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Workato for building and managing enterprise automation and integration workflows.
  • Demonstrated AI-forward mindset with active use of AI tools to accelerate work including requirements documentation, analysis, stakeholder communication, and process design.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes and workflows across multiple functional domains with the ability to quickly ramp on new departments and their operational needs.
  • Ability to work across the full project lifecycle from intake and scoping through delivery and post-launch support without being anchored to a single business unit.
  • Proficiency in translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineering and integration teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with comfort facilitating alignment across diverse teams and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience with project and product management platforms such as Asana, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with system design and integration patterns, APIs, and enterprise application ecosystems.
  • Deep expertise across the Anthropic product suite and experience advising teams on effective Claude usage patterns and governance.
  • Experience building AI Centers of Excellence or internal AI enablement programs.
  • Background delivering AI and ML-enabled products or automation platforms in a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
  • Familiarity with additional AI and automation tools such as Workday AI, Salesforce Einstein, ServiceNow AI, or similar enterprise AI integrations.
  • Experience at a cybersecurity company or in a security-conscious technology environment.
  • PMP, PSPO, or equivalent certification.
  • Track record of establishing PM governance frameworks, intake processes, or standards at the team or department level.
