Job description

About the Role

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for delivering innovative product experiences that address customer needs and differentiate Tebra in the marketplace. This role leverages internal and external feedback, and industry insights to shape the product strategy and lead cross-functional teams in designing, building, and launching impactful solutions. By collaborating closely with Engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams, the Senior Product Manager drives the product roadmap. 

Your Area of Focus
  • Define and design features on one or more of Tebra's core products that solve customer problems.
  • Perform market research, including defining and analyzing customer segments, reviewing industry research reports, assessing strengths and weaknesses of competitors, determining needs of different specialties, and studying pricing and packaging options.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to design features and processes for Tebra's platform and customer experience.
  • Research product positioning and provide recommendations to Product Marketing.
  • Collecting feedback by reviewing customer support issues, administering user acceptance test, reviewing sales win/loss data, and visiting customers to study product interaction in their natural environment.
  • Preparing software design plans including product specifications, use case documentation, and user interface wireframes.
  • Managing the customer experience roadmap, including documenting product strategy and owning the feature backlog.
  • Analyze and prepare product usage reports on key product features and provide recommendations for the product roadmap.
  • Stay current on industry-related regulatory and compliance requirements that pertain to healthcare technology.
Your Professional Qualifications
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in product, focused on software applications.
  • Demonstrated success with Clinical workflows and product strategy, with in-depth understanding of the healthcare landscape.
  • Proven track record as product manager at a successful B2B SaaS / Cloud software business with agile product management experience.
  • Proven track record of executing complex product initiatives and processes with multiple stakeholders at senior and junior levels.
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated analytical rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to structure and analyze sophisticated financial modeling.
  • A flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business trade-offs, generate out-of-the-box solutions and move through ambiguity.
  • Prior experience developing products in the healthcare industry is preferred.
