The Vice President, Technology Operations is an integral part of our Information Services team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site. 

Position Details

The Vice President, Technology Operations is a senior technology executive with enterprise-wide accountability for the stability, resilience, and operational performance of the organization's technology landscape. This role owns infrastructure operations, application operations, and service delivery, with direct leadership oversight of core application ownership and the ERP application organization. This executive ensures mission-critical systems-including ERP and core platforms-operate reliably, securely, and efficiently, while establishing the governance, stability, and foundation required to enable future modernization, rationalization, and transformation initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Technology Operations Leadership

  • Provide executive leadership and accountability for enterprise technology operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable services that support business objectives.

Infrastructure & Platform Operations

  • Lead infrastructure operations across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring high availability, resilience, security, and operational efficiency.

ERP & Enterprise Application Operations

  • Oversee ERP and enterprise application operations to maintain stable, secure, and business-critical systems that support core organizational functions.

IT Service Management & Service Delivery

  • Own the IT service management strategy, ensuring consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and a high-quality end-user experience.

Security, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure technology operations comply with security, regulatory, and risk management requirements while supporting business continuity and resilience.

Operational Governance & Business Partnership

  • Establish governance, performance metrics, and business partnerships that align technology operations with organizational priorities and strategic goals.
