Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, and developing employees
  • Define and own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for assigned corporate IT capabilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized initiatives and feature backlogs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Management, or related discipline, 8+ years of experience in IT, digital platforms, or business systems or an equivalent combination
  • Proven experience leading programs, platforms, or capability roadmaps
  • Experience managing enterprise vendors and third-party platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience supporting corporate functions such as Risk, HR, Finance, or Compliance (desired)
  • Previous experience as a Program Manager, Product Manager, or senior IT Analyst/Architect (desired)
