Job Description

The IT Manager - Operational Technology (OT) is responsible for the performance, stability, and security of the technology powering our operating environments. This role leads the deployment and operation of OT platforms, ensuring they meet standard. As a lead partner to Production and Engineering, the Manager translates operational needs into reliable technical solutions that maximize business outcomes, reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities, include but not limited to:

  • Lead OT solutions to ensure scalable, secure, high-performing systems.
  • Standardize design, deployment, and monitoring processes.
  • Align OT strategy with business goals and industry standards.
  • Oversee portfolio, vendors, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Enforce security and architecture standards.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing OT team.
Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 10 years of IT/OT experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting daily team activities, and coaching/mentoring team members.
  • Working knowledge of MES, SCADA, PLC networks, and industrial IoT platforms.
  • Working knowledge of OT cybersecurity, industrial networking, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing, utilities, or process industries.
  • Experience supporting cloud or analytics solutions for OT data.
