Location: Seattle WA - Hybrid - Onsite
Duration: Full time /Direct Hire
What You Will Do
IT Leader works closely with the Finance and the Information Technology teams to execute the planning, implementation, management, and ongoing testing of Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system applications to drive Finance Transformation and Innovation.This role will also play a key role in the implementation of Supply chain and Manufacturing applications in the Oracle Cloud.Serves as the senior partner for Finance business users and is responsible for architecture, functional and process solutions, and operational support. Lead business process reengineering and automation initiatives to bring efficiencies across the enterprise.
Demonstrate deep business process knowledge and functional experience with Oracle financial modules to drive continuous improvement, process simplification, and automation. Partners with key stakeholders to understand business needs and formulate solutions using Oracle application features and industry best practices.
  • Support core financial as well as custom processes in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, Intercompany, Tax, Project Costing, Project Billing, and reporting tools like OTBI to support the current and future state of Darigold's financial and accounting operations.
  • Consult with business leaders and daily system users to identify and document functional needs, procedures, and opportunities for improvement
  • Working with the IT team, define possible solutions to business needs and guide IT and business leaders in choosing the best option and approach
  • Create requirements, functional specifications, unit and integration test scenarios, and other relevant artifacts necessary for the implementation of IT solutions
  • Work with other team members in support of SCM modules like PO, OM, and INV which are tightly integrated with financial modules.
  • Lead and manage System Analysts and provide guidance and support for timely resolution of bugs/issues, implementation of enhancements, and software patches.
  • In addition, the IT Manager will be an excellent problem solver, support continuous improvement, employ project management best practices, operate collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, high complex organization.

Strong functional knowledge in the following Oracle Cloud Finance modules is required
  • Oracle General Ledger
  • Oracle Accounts Payable
  • Oracle Accounts Receivables
  • Oracle Fixed Assets
  • Cash Management
  • Oracle Expenses
  • Project Costing and Billing
  • Tax
  • Sub Ledger Accounting Module
  • Cost Management and Receipt Accounting Module
  • Multiple legal entities, Ledgers, and currency setup
  • Knowledge of month-end close processes and related issue resolution
  • Reporting Tools - OTBI, FRS, FRC, SmartView, and OBIEE
  • Working knowledge of PL SQL

Business Knowledge & Skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate with stakeholders and vendors at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-project environment and support multiple internal customers
  • Continuously learning with the ability to master new technologies, application modules, standards, and best practices

Education, Experience, and Certifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS with a focus on financial modules
  • At least 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle EBS and one Oracle Cloud ERP
  • 3-5 years of experience managing teams
  • Accounting certification will be plus
  • Experience in food and beverage industries, process manufacturing or a related field preferred
