Base pay ranges from $25-$34/hour with tips, monthly bonuses, productivity incentives, and performance pay bringing earning potential to $40-$50+/hour. To succeed as an Area Manager in a Great Clips salon organization, you'll need:

• Previous salon management experience or multi-unit retail management experience
• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• The desire and ability to manage a salon's daily operations while motivating and supporting other Salon Managers
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience identifying performance gaps and implementing improvement plans
• Flexibility to work across multiple salon locations within the surrounding area
• Commitment to collaboration and accountability with a focus on proactively seeking solutions to challenges
