We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Account Manager to drive growth across local markets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, excel in building and maintaining client relationships, and align with our core values of quality, compassion, and accountability. 


Responsibilities & Tasks:




  • Sales & Revenue Growth:




    • Meet or exceed revenue goals through direct and indirect sales efforts. 




    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and help clients optimize their IT operations. 




    • Engage with prospects and existing clients using a consultative sales approach to understand their unique business needs and recommend tailored IT solutions. 




    • Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes for IT products and services, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations. 




    • Utilize CRM tools to maintain account information, track sales funnels, and manage forecasts. 






  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management:




    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor. 




    • Understand clients’ challenges and work proactively to provide compassionate and effective solutions. 




    • Conduct Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) to ensure high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 




    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and advocating for their needs within RYC Business IT. 






  • Technical Expertise & Team Collaboration:




    • Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and present innovative IT solutions that enhance client productivity and satisfaction. 




    • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to effectively advise clients and support the sales process. 




    • Coordinate with procurement and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of solutions that meet clients’ needs. 






  • Continuous Improvement & Professional Development:




    • Attend relevant industry events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. 




    • Regularly audit service requests and client projects to maintain consistency, improve the client experience, and foster long-term relationships. 




    • Work independently and within a team, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment focused on delivering quality solutions.
