Job description

This Tech Lead position demands over 10 years of experience in leading the establishment and implementation of complex application systems. The role is pivotal in driving comprehensive systems analysis, architectural design, and programming initiatives, focusing on strategic technical direction and mentorship. Responsibilities include overseeing the identification and resolution of advanced technical challenges, ensuring solutions align with business and system processes, and guiding extensive testing, debugging, and code development to deliver high-quality, scalable systems.

The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on expertise in Java backend technologies, including Core Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate, coupled with a proven track record of designing and implementing solutions using these frameworks.
