Job description

We are a global leader in fire, security, and communication integration solutions, serving enterprise, healthcare, education, government, data center, and retail industries. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our security business unit.
Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders; develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors to ensure milestones are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and solutions
• Oversee day-to-day project operations and monitor performance using appropriate tools and systems
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, responding promptly to minimize impact on timelines
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements; conduct quality checks on all deliverables
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, schedules, and change orders; prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives
• Ensure proper project closeout, including client sign-offs, final documentation, and post-project reviews
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously, on time and within budget
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Lenel Certification (required)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., OSHA, ADA)
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Additional technical certifications related to security systems or IT integration (e.g., CompTIA, Axis Certified Professional)
• Familiarity with access control, CCTV, or intercom systems
• Basic understanding of data center operations or construction environments
