Responsible for recruiting IT professional across the US through internet job portals - (Monster.com,Tech-Fech.com and Dice.com), direct phone sourcing, networking (LinkedIn), vendors and referrals.

Job Description

Position: Siebel EIM Architect

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Fulltime

Visa: GC/USC

Job Description:

  • 7+ year of hands on analysis and development in Siebel EIM. Experience in Siebel 8x preferred.
  • 7+ years of working with Siebel Tools.
  • Sound knowledge of Siebel 8.x data model.
  • Excellent knowledge and minimum 5 years' experience in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
  • Must be a team player and have excellent communication and presentation skills to work with individuals and teams across the organization.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

The selected candidate will support end-to-end solution development, from requirements support through architecture, design, implementation, and execution.


Essential roles and responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and execute on all project tasks to ensure successful and high quality deliveries of enterprise Siebel applications
  • Responsible for all deliverables, including the architecture, design and implementation of the Siebel solution
  • Manage schedule, resources and communications across projects, both internally and externally
Qualifications

Required experience and qualifications

  • Must have over 12 years' experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry with over 8+ years implementing Siebel
  • Experience in end- to-end Siebel architecture with deep knowledge in the areas of Configuration, EIM & EAI
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex Siebel applications
  • Experience with architecting and supporting the installation of Siebel in High-Availability mode
  • Must have experience with understanding and mapping functional requirements to Siebel application modules to lead and guide solution design
  • Must have experience with implementing Siebel on an Oracle database
  • Must have experience leveraging Siebel Enterprise Architecture Integration (EAI) and Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) for enterprise integration and data migration
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
