Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking an Infrastructure Management Manager - SME to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities * Govern and provide strategic oversight for ARNG infrastructure operations across diverse IT environments.

* Develop and implement infrastructure standards and resiliency frameworks to ensure secure and scalable services. * Lead lifecycle sustainment strategies and capacity planning to maintain high availability of enterprise services. * Integrate infrastructure operations with network services, identity platforms, and cybersecurity controls.

* Manage configuration control governance and ensure robust disaster recovery and continuity of operations planning. * Advise Government leadership on infrastructure modernization, risk management, and performance optimization strategies. * Oversee the alignment of infrastructure operations with DoDIN compliance requirements.

* Direct initiatives for infrastructure modernization and long-term sustainability strategies. Required Skills Required Qualifications * Clearance: Secret Eligible required * S. Citizenship required * DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Advanced proficiency level * Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACT * Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering] * Extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure operations and governance within DoD or Federal IT environments.

* Proven track record in establishing infrastructure engineering standards and capacity planning models. * Demonstrated expertise in integrating infrastructure operations with networking and identity management platforms. * Experience in advising senior Government leadership on infrastructure risk and modernization priorities.

Desired Skills Desired Qualifications * Clearance: Active Secret preferred * Experience with large-scale data center operations and virtualization platforms. * Familiarity with cloud-connected enterprise services and storage systems. * Strong leadership skills in disaster recovery and continuity of operations planning.
