Job Summary:

The Infrastructure Manager Level I is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, focusing on basic system configurations, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage systems, and network devices.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and report issues to senior staff.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Support the implementation of system upgrades and patches.
• Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide technical support to end users for infrastructure-related issues.
• Assist in maintaining system security by following established protocols.

Qualifications:
Required:
