Job Description Job Description ECS is seeking an Infrastructure Management-UC Administrator - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard's enterprise IT infrastructure and unified communications services. The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Task 4 - Enterprise Operations Support - provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the RCC-ARNG Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities * Administer and maintain unified communications platforms to support voice, video, and collaboration services.

* Ensure secure and reliable communications infrastructure in compliance with performance standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with UC hardware and software to maintain optimal service availability. * Coordinate and oversee system installations and upgrades for unified communications systems.

* Manage video teleconferencing systems, focusing on Cisco and Polycom platforms. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance UC service delivery across multiple DoD agencies. * Implement security protocols to safeguard communications infrastructure.

* Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance service efficiency. Required Skills Required Qualifications * Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible required * S. Citizenship required * DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Intermediate proficiency level * Certifications (one or more required): Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, SSCP * Education: Bachelors in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering] * Extensive experience in telecommunications and unified communications infrastructure management * Proven expertise in managing and maintaining video teleconferencing systems * Experience with Polycom Technical Maintenance & Admin Operations * Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving UC infrastructure issues * Demonstrated ability to coordinate system installations and ensure service availability Desired Skills Desired Qualifications * Clearance: Active TS//SCI preferred * Familiarity with AMX Technician - Enova and AV Network systems * Experience with Polycom Web Commander & Path Navigator Technical Operations * Strong background in secure communications infrastructure management * Knowledge of DoD agency operations and requirements * Experience in supporting classified and unclassified network environments ECS Federal LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis any characteristic protected by law.
