Job Description
The Lead End User Technology Engineer is responsible for the daily execution of processes, operations, tools and support activities for the Client Service function.  The Lead End User Technology Engineer's primary role is to provide services and technology that deliver the best end-user experience possible.  The ideal candidate provides technical guidance and escalation to the Service Desk Analysts and is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving the most technically challenging end-user computing incidents and requests.


Qualifications
    Requires five (5) years of full-time experience managing the implementation and support of information technology projects.
    Requires five (5) or more years of technical experience in a Service Desk environment supporting desktop and Local Area Network equipment.
    Deep troubleshooting and root cause analysis of desktop support and applications.
    Experience with ITSM tools such as Frontrange, Remedy, ServiceNow.
    Experience with Powershell and Batch Scripting.
    Experience with application packaging, deployment, and asset tracking tools such as Frontrage DSM or SCCM.  Competent in application packaging tools (MSI's, EXE's, and asset management.
    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with information technology and business colleagues.
    Ability to demonstrate clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
