Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Network Management - Design, configure, and manage the company's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless networks. Familiar with Cisco system.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
- Implement network upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain optimal performance and security.
Security Management - Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats, including malware, intrusion attempts, and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate risks.
Firewall and VPN Management - Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other network security devices to protect the company's network perimeter.
- Ensure secure remote access for employees and authorized users.
Data Protection - Implement and manage data encryption, backup, and recovery solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
Infrastructure Maintenance - Maintain and support network hardware, such as routers, switches, and access points.
- Manage network infrastructure documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
User Support - Provide technical support and training to employees regarding network, deskside and security issues.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Collaboration and Communication - Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support overall IT initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure awareness and understanding of network and security matters.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80k -$120k, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits.
