Coke Florida is searching for a Director, IT Infrastructure, Cyber, and Service Delivery to work out of Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville or Hollywood.

Director, IT Infrastructure, Cyber, and Service Delivery

The Director, IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery, is responsible for leading the strategy, performance and day-to-day operations of Coke Florida’s enterprise infrastructure services, end-user support, collaboration platforms, cybersecurity, service management and operational technology support. This role will ensure the reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective development and operations of enterprise-level infrastructure systems that enable business growth. You also will be responsible for Cybersecurity and Enterprise Architecture and closely collaborating with Data and Business Unit technology teams to implement technology strategies that support and help the business achieve overall company goals and objectives.

This position will be accountable for operating its area as a business establishing clear performance metrics, financial accountability, resource planning, service portfolio management, talent development, vendor management, and operational governance, and continuous modernization of the technology environment at Coke Florida and the associates shared services of its holding company.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead infrastructure operations across network, compute, storage, collaboration, cloud, cyber, service, mobile devices, associated automation tools, and analytics solutions. Responsible for ensuring that the architecture for the enterprise supports the capabilities/services, including AI-relevant Infrastructure operations.
  • Lead Service Desk and technology support functions.
  • Lead Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity to implement secure technology solutions and operations aligning with enterprise standards and business goals
  • Implement and maintain robust IT security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., PCI, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Lead Disaster Recovery and incident response activities in support of business continuity plans to ensure system availability during emergencies, conduct regular testing and updates of recovery.
  • Develop and maintain multi-year infrastructure lifecycle and technology refresh roadmaps that align with business priorities.
  • Establish and maintain high-performing technology services that delivery exceptional reliability, availability and end-user experience.
  • Ensure service levels, uptime objectives, operational metrics and customer satisfaction targets consistently meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, standardization, operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Utilize data, dashboards and performance metrics to drive operational decisions and help identify opportunities for service optimization
  • Partner with IT leadership to champion ITIL-based service management practices and culture of continuous improvement
  • Support modernization initiatives related to cloud adoption, collaboration technologies, automation and digital workplace capabilities. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure technologies recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of infrastructure technology to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Implement adoption programs and leverage data-driven insights to enhance employee/customer productivity, experiences, and revenue growth
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, resources, and timelines for infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Identify areas of cost optimization while maintaining world class service quality.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach the IT infrastructure and operations team to foster a high-performing, collaborative, data-driven culture, and attract, train, and retain the best talent. This includes performance management, succession planning, and professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, supply chain and logistics, enterprise data, holding company organizations, executive leadership, and external partners to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across the organization.
  • Ensure that all technology solutions and processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor to executive leadership, providing recommendations, status reporting, risk assessments, and investment planning guidance.
Education and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure and Operations. Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG)/Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry a plus.
  • 4+ years of people leadership within technical teams including hiring, performance management, coaching, succession planning and talent development
  • Proven track record in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service operations. Strong understanding of corporate business processes, as well as experience with relevant technologies, including infrastructure support of cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Warehouse Management systems and the full Cyber suite. Similarly, integration with Data, AI, and analytics solutions
  • Experience with network and telecommunications (LAN, WAN, Mobile connectivity, and Cloud), storage (online, offline, local, and cloud), and Compute (server, VMs)
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki, Silver Peak, and Microsoft’s Office Suite (365), Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. ITIL and ITSM processes, tools and technologies (e.g. ServiceNow, Planview). Coca-Cola CONA systems, SAP, Salesforce.com systems are a plus.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technology teams, performance management, mentoring, and development.
  • Previous IT Operations project management experience includes planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Developing, managing and forecasting annual operating and capital budgets
  • Experience operating within ITIL-based service management environments
  • Experience managing technology vendors and service contracts
  • Previous experience leading organizational change, infrastructure modernization and technology transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence and organization change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders of all levels. Ability to work collaboratively.
Additional Skills and Education That Will Strengthen Your Candidacy
