Job description

Account Executive - Technology
Start Date - September 2026
Location - Downtown Tampa
CloudHive is our Snowflake-exclusive consulting and staffing brand. Haven't heard of Snowflake yet? You will. It's the leading AI Data Cloud platform, powering AI for 11,000+ companies worldwide - and it's still accelerating, with its latest quarter pulling in $1.39B in revenue and beating Wall Street estimates. Snowflake is at the forefront of AI. We're built around them, exclusively.
That exclusivity matters: CloudHive holds official Snowflake Select Partner status - the only staffing consultancy in the world with this recognition. Snowflake refers clients directly to us. No competitors. No diluted focus. Just one platform, done properly.
Better yet - we also sit within Empiric, a multi-award-winning global technology staffing agency. That means you get the energy and ownership of an early-stage brand, backed by the infrastructure, training and stability of an established international business.
The opportunity:
  • $45-50K base salary + uncapped commission = $80K+ OTE Year 1, $120K+ Year 2, $300K+ Year 3
  • Experienced consultants are already earning $20K+ commission cheques
  • 6-month roadmap to promotion at every level - no ceiling
  • In-person onboarding led by our Head of L&D, flying in from London just for this
  • Modern sales stack from day one - best-in-class CRM, data enrichment, sequencing tools, and outbound enablement resources
  • Ski trips, holidays, wellbeing programs, lunch clubs, sports events, and more

In the Role
A 360ยฐ sales role in a specialist market - you'll work both sides of every deal:
  • Build a pipeline of in-demand Snowflake talent
  • Run sharp discovery and qualification conversations with both clients and candidates
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: outreach, pitching, negotiating, closing
  • Map your territory, plan outreach campaigns, and lead client conversations
  • Become the subject-matter expert your market turns to for insight, introductions, and advice

Who We're Looking For
Recent graduates, early-career sales professionals, collegiate athletes, and more. We hire on attitude, drive, and potential - experience is a bonus, hunger is non-negotiable.
  • Competitive and coachable - you thrive on hitting goals and take feedback as fuel
  • Commercially curious and a strong communicator - confident on the phone, compelling in writing, credible in front of senior stakeholders
  • Resilient - you bounce back fast and never let a slow day define your week
  • Action-oriented - you default to doing, not deliberating

Any experience in sales, business development, customer success, or high-volume outreach is a plus - but not required.
The pay range for this role is:
45,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Tampa Office)
