As our Director of Engineering, Command, you'll define and execute Coveo's Command technology vision, making it the trusted operating layer for customers by driving innovation in insight, control, and AI workflows while scaling teams that create high-impact product experiences.

You'll lead high-performing engineering teams building the products that help customers gain insight, take action, and unlock the full value of Coveo's AI platform. If you're passionate about combining strategic leadership with product-minded engineering, this is your opportunity to shape the future of AI-native operations.

As our Director of Engineering, Command, you will:

  • Lead and grow multiple engineering teams responsible for the Command product area, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing environment.
  • Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap in partnership with Engineering and Product leadership, ensuring alignment with Coveo's long-term strategy.
  • Drive the delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable software while continuously raising the bar for engineering quality, operational excellence, and customer value.
  • Collaborate with directors and executive leaders across the organization to align people, technology, and priorities while enabling effective cross-functional execution.
