• 3+ years experience supporting both SAN and NAS technologies
• 2+ years experience with IBM N-Series or Netapp Storage. (Data Ontap 8.x in 7-mode)
• 3+ years experience with SAN switch technologies, Brocade or IBM technologies preferred
• 3+ years experience supporting both Windows and Linux host systems
• 3+ years experience of various storage related protocols (Fibre Channel, iSCSI, CIFS, NFS)
