Position Overview
The State of Arizona (AZDES) is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Salesforce applications. The selected consultant will support Salesforce enhancements, process improvements, testing, user training, and project delivery while ensuring business objectives are aligned with Salesforce capabilities.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst
  • At least 2+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience
  • Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
  • Experience using JIRA or Azure DevOps
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting Salesforce configuration, testing, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
