Location: Phoenix, AZ
Mode of Interview: In-Person (22nd of April 2017)
Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 2 years of experience with Information Technologies.
Preferred

At least 2 years of experience in software development working with various technologies like Java 1.5+, Spring 3.0 or above, Web Services - SOAP or REST, JSP, Servlet, Eclipse, HTML, JBoss Application Server, Security management Tool - Siteminder.
Candidate should have exposure to Jira, Maven, and SOAP UI will be preferred.
At least 1 year of experience working in Global Delivery model- i.e. onsite- offshore model.
At least 2 years of experience in SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development, maintenance projects.
Candidates should possess knowledge to build and configuration management related process.
Technical aptitude and experience with the software tools and techniques used in software development.
Must be able to collaborate with offshore team
Candidates should have high analytical ability and impactful communication with stakeholders.
Ability to participate into requirements analysis, estimation, development and code reviews activities.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute any tasks with quality and track it to closure.
Experience in Security, credit cards and Payments domain would be a plus.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
