Work Locations:

This is a hybrid or remote optional position with the ability to be based out of one of the following office locations: Grand Rapids, Michigan, Herndon, Virginia, Alpharetta, Georgia, or Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

What You Will Do:

  • Writing, editing, and maintaining operational and partnerfacing documentation, including SOPs, technical guides, workflows, and knowledge base articles
  • Reviewing and editing marketing copy, including longform blogs and productrelated content
  • Producing documentation for new product releases, service updates, and operational changes within our eCommerce brands
  • Attending product, marketing, and crossfunctional meetings to understand upcoming initiatives and proactively plan documentation needs
  • Partnering closely with Engineering and Support teams to identify documentation gaps and keep content current
  • Organizing and maintaining documentation in tools such as Confluence, Docs360, and Elevio, with a focus on version control and usability
  • Helping evolve documentation standards, templates, and style guides to improve consistency and efficiency


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in writing, communications, English, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience writing documentation in a technical, operational, SaaS, or regulated environment
  • Experience with telecom, VoIP, or related software and technology is a plus
  • Experience using documentation or knowledge base tools such as Confluence, Docs360, LMS or similar platforms
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word and document formatting
  • Experience translating technical or operational concepts into clear, audienceappropriate content
  • Comfort working with crossfunctional teams and proactively seeking information
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to insert yourself into conversations when clarification is needed
