About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will support the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including software engineering, data, product, and IT roles.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, is interested in the technology industry, and wants to build a career in talent acquisition. Previous technical recruitment experience is helpful but not required.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidatesโ€™ experience, motivation, and role fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Write and publish clear, engaging job advertisements.
  • Provide candidates with timely updates and a positive interview experience.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical openings.
  • Support recruitment reporting and other talent acquisition projects.
  • Stay informed about common technology roles, skills, and industry hiring trends.


Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
