- Collaborate with Quality to ensure training content aligns with customer-specific requirements and AS9100 standards.
- Work toward or maintain IPCC Certified Trainer (CIT) credential.
Lean, 5S & Gemba
- Lead and facilitate 5S training and implementation across production areas at both sites; develop visual aids and standard work to sustain results.
- Conduct Gemba walk training for supervisors and leads, reinforcing daily management routines, problem identification, and waste elimination.
- Support Lean fundamentals training including flow, pull, standard work, and waste reduction concepts.
- Partner with Manufacturing leadership to build and sustain a continuous improvement mindset throughout the workforce.
- Document Lean training outcomes and track floor-level improvements tied to training initiatives.
ESD, Quality & Safety Awareness
- Deliver ESD awareness and handling training; ensure all personnel working in ESD-controlled areas are trained and compliant.
- Provide AS9100 quality management awareness training for production staff, reinforcing accountability to quality standards and documentation requirements.
- Deliver general manufacturing safety and OSHA awareness training; coordinate with HSE and Operations on site-specific requirements.
- Support internal audit preparation by ensuring workforce training records and competency documentation are current.

- Analyze quality data, NCMRs, and production metrics to identify training gaps and develop targeted interventions.
- Build and maintain a library of training materials, visual aids, reference cards, and SOPs aligned to current standards and processes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observation, and performance data; refine content as needed.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to ensure training materials reflect current processes required by IPC, customers, or other standards.
