Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Assistance Coordinator to support healthcare providers in utilizing NC HealthConnex, North Carolina’s Health Information Exchange. The ideal candidate will provide training, one-on-one support, and serve as a liaison among stakeholders to ensure effective outreach and education efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training and outreach for healthcare providers.
  • Provide one-on-one support and facilitate communication between participants and technical vendors.
  • Gather, analyze, and report data to guide strategic engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with providers, patients, and partners.
