Lead with Excellence as a Service Manager at Empire Truck Sales

Empire Truck Sales — one of the Southeast’s leading Freightliner and Western Star dealerships — is hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead our service team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

If you’re a motivated leader with experience in heavy truck or automotive service, strong communication skills, and a passion for operational excellence, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support a high-performing service team
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Manage workflow, productivity, and department profitability
  • Provide technical support and service guidance
  • Collaborate with sales, parts, and operations teams
  • Build strong customer relationships
What You’ll Need
  • 2+ years of experience preferred in a Shop Foreman, Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or similar leadership role within a heavy truck, automotive, fleet maintenance, transportation, equipment, or related mechanical service environment. Candidates should have experience leading technicians and managing repair, maintenance, or service operations in a technical, industrial, or dealership setting.
  • Experience managing technicians in a dealership, fleet, or service environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Retail dealership service experience preferred
  • Experience as a diesel mechanic and/or DTNA (Freightliner or Western Star) knowledge is a plus
  • Ability with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
