What does a technical support engineer do in a remote role?

A Technical Support Engineer working remotely provides assistance to customers or internal teams in resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, or network systems. They diagnose problems, offer troubleshooting guidance, and may escalate complex issues to higher-level engineers. Communication is typically done through email, chat, or video calls, ensuring users can continue their work with minimal disruption. Their goal is to help users resolve issues efficiently, regardless of their physical location.
