Requirement/Must Have:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Technical Diploma is acceptable).
  • 4–7+ years of experience.
  • Strong expertise in utility design and field practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers to determine electric needs and requirements.
  • Design jobs to install, replace, or remove distribution facilities to support customer requests, reliability projects, or infrastructure improvement.
  • Design complex distribution systems and projects.
  • Perform advanced load calculations and system planning.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and field crews.
  • Review and approve drawings, designs, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
