Job Overview
Cisco Equipment Rentals is seeking an experienced and customer-focused **Parts Counter Associate** to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers and technicians with parts inquiries, sales, and inventory management for heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equipment parts and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
  • Assist walk-in and call-in customers with parts inquiries and purchases.
  • Provide expert guidance on parts compatibility and availability.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing needs promptly and professionally.

Parts Sales
  • Promote and sell parts and accessories to customers and technicians.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell parts and services.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including quotes, invoices, and payments.

Inventory Management
  • Maintain an organized and accurate parts inventory.
