A leading global provider of advanced wireless communication systems is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their expanding team. In this dynamic role, you will act as a critical technical resource for dealers, service centers, and sales teams, helping troubleshoot and optimize high-performance communication systems.

responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide high-quality Level I technical support via phone and email to dealers, service centers, sales staff, and end-users; open and manage service tickets efficiently.
  • Product Guidance: Explain complex product features, specifications, and configurations using technical manuals, brochures, and help systems.
  • Programming & Customization: Guide clients through custom programming variations to meet unique end-user requirements, and troubleshoot programming data file errors.
  • System Troubleshooting: Collaborate with dealers and end-users to collect data, duplicate field issues in a lab setting, and identify corrective actions for entire communication systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Utilize specialized test equipment to replicate technical issues and provide data-driven evidence of potential quality or product anomalies.
  • Compatibility Analysis: Assess and advise on the compatibility of company products with third-party manufacturer equipment based on hands-on evaluation.

qualifications:

- 2+ years of professional experience in electronics, wireless communications, or technical support.


- Fully bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal), with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in both languages.


- Direct, hands-on experience with either Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems or Radio Frequency (RF) technology.
