Position Overview

The CAD/CAM Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support and maintenance for all aspects of CAD/CAM systems, including installation, training, and troubleshooting. Support is delivered through various channels such as in-person assistance, phone calls, emails, and text messages. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a genuine passion for assisting customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support for dental milling machines, CAM software, dental scanners, and CAD software.
  • Coordinate equipment installations and conduct training sessions for customers to ensure proper usage.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on equipment prior to sales.
  • Create user-friendly documentation, including manuals and training materials for customer reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.
