What does a technical support associate do?

A Technical Support Associate assists customers by diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to products or services, often via phone, email, or chat. In addition, they may document issues, escalate complex problems to higher-level technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction. Their goal is to ensure users can effectively use the technology and have a positive support experience.
