Role Summary

The Adoption Support Advisor (ASA) partners with Sales, to help customers maximize value from the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio. The role focuses on driving product adoption through data-driven insights, onboarding support, customer health analysis, and proactive engagement. The ASA will enable internal teams & customers with actionable adoption intelligence & human expertise to drive impact at Country level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationship with Customer & Country team
  • Drive Business/ customer adoption and business outcome.
  • Support customer onboarding, business reviews, adoption planning and build adoption strategies alongside Account teams
  • Analyse product usage, customer health, AI adoption trends and share your analyses
  • Identify customer risks and expansion opportunities using AI-driven insights
  • Provide adoption recommendations to Account Orchestrators, TAMs, PSC and Renewals teams.
  • Deliver high quality customer adoption reviews and executive ready insights to Country Sales
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Analytics and other cross functional teams to drive high adoption rates within the country.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS, Technical Account Management, or Enterprise Software.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Very strong presentation skill
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
