We are currently partnering with a leading industrial automation enterprise to recruit a full-time, US-based Application Solution Engineer focused on servo motor and motion control core systems.
This role is responsible for end-to-end technical solution development, pre-sales technical support, on-site commissioning, customer project delivery and after-sales troubleshooting for North American industrial clients, with direct collaboration with cross-regional core technical and sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop customized, feasible motion control and servo system application solutions based on customer project requirements and automation scenarios.
  • Complete product model selection, technical scheme demonstration, system simulation, on-site debugging and project delivery support.
  • Cooperate with sales and account teams to respond to customer technical inquiries, optimize solution schemes and support project contract closure.
  • Solve on-site technical failures and application problems of servo motors, servo drives, motion controllers and supporting automation equipment.
  • Sort out and archive technical documents, project cases, and deliver regular project progress reports and technical feedback.
  • Support product promotion, technical training and market application verification for core motion control and servo products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
  • 2+ years of hands-on working experience in Solution Engineer, Application Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or equivalent role in the servo motor, motion control and industrial automation industry.
  • Candidates with professional working experience at well-known U.S.-based servo motor, motion control core component manufacturers, or their authorized official technical service providers are highly prioritized.
  • Solid professional technical foundation, proficient in the application, debugging, troubleshooting and scheme design of servo systems, motion controllers, PLC and common industrial automation peripheral equipment.
  • Independent project execution ability, excellent customer communication skills, strong on-site problem-solving and pressure resistance.
  • Fluent oral and written Mandarin is preferred, to support smooth daily communication and collaboration with the core global technical team.
  • Legally authorized to work full-time in the United States.
