What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a technical service scientist, and why are they important?

To excel as a Technical Service Scientist, you need a solid background in life sciences or chemistry, often with at least a bachelor's or master’s degree and relevant laboratory experience. Familiarity with analytical instruments, laboratory information management systems (LIMS), and scientific protocols is typically required, along with knowledge of regulatory standards. Clear communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

What does a technical service scientist do?
