Job description

Hiring for various shift schedules.
Category: Light Industrial
Title: Operator I (Advertise for All Shifts)
Shifts (Hours & Pay Rate):
  • 1st Shift:
  • $15.25/hr
  • Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-5:30PM (4X10 hour shifts)
  • Site is currently work OT (12 hr shifts).
  • Either 4x12 or 5x10 are available to consider.

  • 2nd Shift:
  • $16.78/hr
  • Monday-Thursday 5PM-3AM (4X10 hour shifts).
  • Will train for 2 weeks on 1st shift- 7 AM start time.
  • Site is currently work OT (12 hr shifts).
  • Either 4x12 or 5x10 are available to consider.

  • 4th Shift:
  • $15.25/hr 6AM-6PM Friday-Sat-Sunday
  • This shift has the additional inventive of working 36 hours and being paid for 40 hours.

Location: Liberty, South Carolina
Duration: 1 Year
This position is responsible for the production of high quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell. Working under close supervision, may perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies. Performs routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures. Work is closely and continually reviewed. Ensure that relevant job documentation for cell operations and functions is accurate and up to date. Be able to clearly communicate ideas, problems and solutions to all levels of manufacturing management in both written and oral form.

• Possesses an enthusiastic attitude toward learning new processes.
• Attends and shows engagement in shift performance meetings
• Completes OpEx training (Production Excellence Principles)

• Suggests 1 idea that improves Safety, Quality, Delivery, or Cost in their area
• Provides accurate and timely Production Excellence data as applicable to role
